Plastic injection moulded products can be finished mechanically by milling and turning. Mareco Kunststoffen has the latest CNC machines at its disposal and has many years of experience in machining plastic parts.

The injection moulded project shown above is a mirror, produced from ULTEM. This product is divided into several small objects by means of contour milling. The small objects are then provided with a thin, highly reflective aluminium coating layer. The end results are high-quality mirror objects that are used in MRI scanners and other applications.
